Welcome to the Talking Rock Ranch Homeowners Association!

Talking Rock Ranch is a premier, private, master-planned residential golf community located approximately 18 miles (a 30-minute drive) north of downtown Prescott, Arizona. Spanning 3,600 acres of a former working cattle ranch in Arizona’s high country, it is celebrated for its preservation of native pinon pines, juniper trees, and ancient Native American petroglyphs.
